I have one of those surf adapters definitely a cool feel but I wouldn’t put them on anything that is going faster than a cruise speed.
What if someone wanted a custom board but instead of surf rodz they wanted a triple kingpin sidewinders?
Pretty sure tiller had a rule about… custom build can’t smell, sound, look, feel like an evolve… guessing anything more then 1 kingpin will fall into that bucket

I’ll set them sixshooters up with surfrodz 10mm bearings and put them on trampas 9.52324532413223mm trucks. it will be enough to LOOK right… but will wobble like crazy
