Looking for feedback on anyone who has/had used landyacht switchblade 40 with Paris v2 trucks? Any wheelbites?

I’m looking at this deck for my next build. Just waiting on @rey8801 DD. It uses identical trucks. Trying to get a list of parts ready.

Thanks!

I briefly had a LY Switch 40 and my opinion is that it seemed a tad short but I’m used to long decks anyway. I think it was the extreme drop that made it seem short to me.

Wow. 40 is too short for you? Crazy. I thought 40 was too long. Im debating whether to get 38 or 40.

Don’t debate, get the 40

BTW I am 5’8" or 172cm tall

I’d get a 42 if they had one, personally.

Quick question 10s4p+10s4p(parallel)=10s8p correct? And 5s2p+5s2p(series)=10s4p???

Sounds about right, making a 10s4p out of a 2s2p of 5s2p?

I really though you would be taller.

According to my calculations, 5’8" is 172.72cm but I’m more like 5’7.5" so that’s why I said 172cm

Is that not correct?

Edit: I have no idea how to manually convert cm to FUB I just thought I’d check if it was a mistake as you like to be very precise in your calculations

5s2p + 5s2p in series gives 10s2p. If you want 10s4p, you would need 4 5s2p packs - two in series, and then another two in parallel.

Thanks R2 I mean @b264

Yes that’s what I have two 10s2ps in parallel thanks

I see the problem

5.6 feet is not the same as 5 feet 6 inches (5’6")

Damn FUB

5’8" = 5.67’ = 172.72cm

What do y’all think about this. I put a 10in wheel on these MBS made for 8in obviously. I had to drill a hole to fit the nozzle position correctly so I can fill up with air. It’s filled and looks good. Do you think will holdIMG_20190508_190655980
