So first get a pair of needle nose pliers and insert them into the C adapterā€™s like this

e801542a2f736b4cca30dd5b263db3fcc57dc094_1_375x500

Then twist them so itā€™s like this, this should now fit on the truck. If it doesnā€™t then just shove the pliers further down at the first step

On the clamp, the screw has two sides it can go into, you want to insert the screw into the threaded side first

Like this

Then when your near filling the gap get a piece of strong metal (I use the metal ring thing from the front of my dicky pulley) then tighten the screw until it bends the metal out

168f94b557b919aae556ccd7235f261fc37d7476_1_375x500

Then just put it in the truck and remove the screw and youā€™re all good, just when using that extra piece of metal make sure it isnā€™t obstructing the part where the truck goes into

This is my method for getting these mounts on. Its yet to fail me

Does anyone know which peg is the neg and which peg is pos on the bkb charge port?

You have a volt meter? Plug in your charger and check the voltage. If itā€™s negative then switch the probes.

Itā€™s broken that is why Iā€™m asking in the noob question thread :man_shrugging:

How do you break a multimeter? xD

The prong that plugs into the wall snapped lol

Does nobody use this charge port?!

Send pic of the entire label with all the ratings

I figured out that the large silver peg on the bottom is neg, but are both of the top pegs pos?

From you most recent pic: 1 Negative 2 Insertion detection switch 3 Center positive pin(biggest contact)

Thatā€™s what it should be, but manufacturer could swap these, there should be a icon on the charger brick.

Like this?

Yeah but no guarantees without the photo I asked for.

What photo is that? Sorry Iā€™m not following

Photo of the charger label where it shows the output amps votlage etc.

What the heck, it doesnā€™t show the important icon. Like this one: http://make.markdereijer.nl/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/AH56R_FAQ_11.png

Well then you just have to assume itā€™s as I said. Or get a multimeter.

Is it possible to power a dual belt drive set up with a meepo Sanyo battery and have it perform similar to boosted board? Also cost way less?

If I did the calculations correct and looked at the right meepo battery the meepo battery comes out to be 291.6 wh which is more than the boosted. The meepo is a 10s battery. Iā€™m not sure what the boosted battery is usually those batteries from those companies are not interchangeable as the esc is set to specific settings and are not changeable.

Iā€™ve seen random dual belt motor kits from the diy site or even on eBay. All I would need is a dual belt drive esc and that kit, connect it to a board and battery and am pretty much set up?

Do not buy the diye belt drive kit.
