The bolt and nut was already on the clamp and I never took it out but I’ll take a look.
Yeah this doesn’t seem to budge anymore. Could the inner ring be warped because of the soft aluminum?
Is the bolt completely torqued down? I’d loosen the nut and check this first
Yup this was it. I had to loosen the nut to notice that there was more to the bolt. (Was not movable before this)

They all are 6061, I suppose some 6061 aluminum in china are not standard kind. those blue colour mounts in my shop, material is better than those silver one.

@Sners @dickyho Do you know if a maytech 6355 motor with a pulley to suit a 15mm belt will fit with the new design 12mm thick mount?
