Couple of final touches added;
Spare Wheel Mount;
Made from an old axle from a bent vertigo hanger.
This allows me to carry a spare wheel with bearings and spacers as well as a spare wheel nut.
Machined up a little ally block which fits onto the spare wheel;
Which provides a mounting point for the rear hanger to keep everything together when not on the board;

Thanks! It’s a nice and neat little package. Easy to carry. Sits well on its back as it rests on the wheels. Also acts as a good test stand, can power up and spin the wheels if desired.
From unpowered to powered in 10mins.
Which distance you choose between your deck and our battery box? I´m in process to design my top mount battery box and not sure how much it should be to get a max flexibility of the deck without to damage the pack.
