I am sorry if this is a stupid question but does this work if you pull out the UART connection out of my Evolve Carbon GT. Does the GT need the UART plugged in to work? Any way around this if not?
Thanks a million

@Darkie02 @DAddYE go to Metr Settings and
also make sure Metr has location services on Always in iOS Preferences
After updating to iOS 13 I’m unable to test it (I think I might just need to give BT permission to metr)
How would i use the metro pro and the flipsky vx1 remote which also connects via the uart port?
Someone has a splitter they’re working on
Oh yes! Thanks for that. I hope the product is finished soon
Prefer GPRS was on all the other things were ok didn’t need changing. Will give it a test later.
Sorry but is my question above really that bad for no one to answer it
You must have VESC®-based ESC. If you have another controller, the app will not work for you. For example Boosted, Evolve, Meepo, WowGo, Backfire have another type of controller and are not compatible
Has anyone tried a METR Pro with the FSESC dual 6.6 plus yet?
Sorry I’m new with vesc here. Does it only works in certain fw? I currently running Dual FSESC6.6 with fw3.57
Where can I find the source code for the Metr Pro Firmware v4.8?
Metr isn’t open source…
The Metr Pro Firmware v4.8 is Firmware for VESC based ESCs right?
4.8 is the firmware of the BT module not the ESC
