You got no idea how bad I want off of belts… Lol

PS are you considering helical to decrease the size of the spur gears while increasing the surface area in mesh?

Didn’t know if you were using blank gears and milling them or if your using blank stock and milling.

We will base off original 1:3 design with bit smaller sizes and different gear ratios like 1:3 1:27 1:25 1:24 the drivetrain is done just need to receive wheels to make hub mount. But I can tell you it’s second day I am riding this 1:3 trampa version and I love it!

Is it going to be open like that on the final? Or will it have the housing? Just making sure because my biggest reason to get off belts is to prevent debris in the drivetrain/gearing

Yeah it will have housing I just don’t have yet tool to trim motor shafts so instead of drilling hole in the case I am running without it

Man oh man, the mini version for the 107s should also come for SurfRodz RKPs… I know I would buy a set. Hell, I might buy a set of the RKPs to send you to make it off. @Deckoz would you want a set on Surf Rodz over Torque Boards?

Uhm yea @sender lol. I’d totally be down for surfrodz RKP over tb218. But I think we’d need at least 20 people for the first go…or at least more interested then the two of us. Base off what I’ve seen from Kugs in the past…

I’ll even pitch in $ for the set(they’re 30% off right meow) to send to @Kug3lis.
