SHow off your battery designs here! gonna try and get some inspiration.
You mean this?
kind of, i ment for people to post their battery packs to see the way they wire!
I thought you mean that as you write about battery pcb.
Maybe this is what you looking for?
I retitled to make it more sensical.
Probably reading would be better? 9hrs is not going to get you where you need to go
And this thread is like asking the mountain to come to Mohammed, the info. with what you need exists already.
Assimilate the knowledge rather than asking it to wash over you
oooh, no fishpaper between the p-packs…
Not configured as side to side P groups but end to end. I use reinforced tape down the sides of the P groups which is reallt tuff stuff.
we speak about this area
Yeap get the message. More insulation.
If he has silicon or glue in between the p groups that should stop the rubbing a together
It is a flexible pack
It is not necessary needed on stiff packs but we only can suggest that. I use it on each pack
Silicon is very flexible
My 12s3p turned out to be a flexipack because of the silicon
Yeah ok, but still those heatshrink it is rubbing to each other.
yes that´s right. on case the siliconed together with a small gap inbetween.
if you speak about hot glue…well it´s hot glue which is not really strong and could pop up at any time or deform when you ride during a hot summer day.
there is also no fishpaper under the balance wires.
Sorry exclude hot glue
With hot glue I can break the cells apart with just A few fingers
No the silicon is preventing it, the silicon creates a gap
just to get it right, you made a stiff pack and it´s flexy now? so your nickel strips are under tension all time???
