If I’m guessing right, who shipped your box?
UPS sure post
Glad I did some practice holes before drilling the deck I totally screwed up the first time. 25/64 and they mean it 3/8 will not fit lol. Add a little epoxy and I think I have a nice way to bolt the enclosure to the deck.
I got 2 $5 widgets from bgbsupply.com free shipping nicest little box good price point I definitely recommend them for industrial electronics

Ya I’m all in! I did so much work to the deck. 4 coats of stain 1 side at a time and 3 coats of clear varnish. Just a ton of hours and a lot of sandpaper. It looks real good but I can’t seem to get the lighting right to take a decent picture of it.
@PXSS so far this is the cheapest internal resistance tester / charger I can find

I glued 2 sleds together to make an 8 cell holder and wired them up in series. Cut off the 10S side of the balance cable and solder to the sleds. Now you have an 8S holder with balancing leads. Connect it to the battery meter and it’ll do the rest for you.
You still need a charger. So this is best if you already have an RC charger, otherwise I would use your solution
I’m seeing all these parts, but show us the build!
