I’ve got a small update on some of the finishing touches on the project:
First and foremost: the freshly gripped deck!
I exchanged the tufnol rising pads with an extra thick rubber seal.
Finally made it splashproof with the 1mm thick silicone mat!
Srewed it all together properly.
Added insulation on the exit wires with shrink sleeves, electrical tape and Sugru (Sugru on the central charging wires).
Also some Sugru to cover the voltmeter wires.
The whole charging gear + the remote.
