Barajabali's EMTB build thread

I’m not sure even where people get smaller BMS’s from lol I will make this work for the evolution of mountain boarding! This needs to be done.

I hope to work more on it today this battery is a killer. The first time is the hardest

can you rearrange the batteries at all?

Hahaha damnit I’m tryin to upload pictures of my progress but apparently Comcast is down.

Taking years to upload pics I’m gonna try to fix the Internet I’m off my phone now

It does output 37v but I haven’t tested if it charges yet. @Karmannghiagirl all done

@Menwaylo I took your awesome advice and took my heat gun to make the box a bit more malleable so i can make the box close a whole lot easier! good tip!

Any one have any suggestions for a small box that will fit 2 TB esc’s , a gt2b receiver and a uBEC.

You could set it up like @Nowind did his, Thats what I planned to do if I can get them working right except I will use a piece of wood.

Yea I think I’m gonna look for his thread. I like @whitepony way too.

Get a smaller underwater kinetics box.

massive battery :grinning:

nowinds latest esc solution is awesome, but out of question for tbs escs. my “everything in the middle box” doesnt work for obvious reasons either. guess youll have to go with a 2nd smaller box.

Smallest one is still too big! Don’t you think

personally, i would have it be a bit bigger than is needed for the parts, so everything is not jammed in there. so i think thats a good size

If you have some space, you can put some tools or a spare belt in there maybe?

This is the smallest case I could find: http://www.b-w-international.com/product/type-200/ I think that UW kinetics one that you thought was to big would actually work really well IMO.

You could try something like this, http://www.banggood.com/1590-Series-Aluminium-Stomp-Case-Enclosure-Guitar-Effect-Pedal-p-933552.html when on this site search enclosures there are a lot of options.

this one looks good also http://www.banggood.com/Electronic-Instrument-Case-PC-Waterproof-Plastic-Transparent-Enclosure-Box-p-994973.html

WIRES AND MESS EVERYWHERE. Yea so it’s coming along very well. It charges I have most of the electronics in the 206 box Both boxes are solid mounted on the deck.

To -do I am still waiting for 6374 motors (a month or so now and the eta was supposed to be july 1 but you know how dates get pushed back. So two weeks on those) I literally can’t find a eye pleasing place to put a loop key.(opinions?? No room in either box) I need to wire /program the electronics. Thread lock it all up.

Get some lights n shit

You could place it on the side near the binding strap so that after you plug it in it is covered up by the strap… nice update!
