i have changed my mind on the gear drive… someone brought up a valid point on the belt being a purposeful weak point and being an easier more cost effective replacement vs breaking a gear

So I finally separated this damn stator from the housing… I separated all the phase wires and now I just need to find a can w/mags since the can for this motor was dented and broke (why I took the stator off)

As to the whole reason why, I’m building my 12v delta/WYE switch I mentioned a while back. More 1 motor u would need 2 of the relays in parallel shown in the pic since they are only rated for 40A

Really small package for a delta WYE switch, and the buck converter is to get a constant 12v for the relay

Took the prototype STREET wheel on it’s first run. 19.6 watt hr per mile avg on a 56mph setup as per data logger. Will charge battery and see if Ah matches up tomorrow and retest. The other set is being tested by a reputable rider. Report is he picked up 5-8mph over the Race wheel and same range as the AT tires.
