I’m trying to make some modification by hand on those tiny 8072 and get them custom on a late a bit too 
take so much time (… I will need help of the forum once again to prevent any fail…) and got a 8085 as single.
If I was putting so much it will be for a mini off road go kart

Is this yours? I think you should solder the balance lead on a nickle tab and then spot weld it on so that it sits on top of the pack and not in between the two rows or on the sides. that’s asking for trouble
What kind of trouble? It’s not finished yet, I had to reorder supplies…
Still will be fishpapered and rubberised and srinkwrapped and BMS added
All the P groups connect together in the middle with two 40A ribbons
flexing, rubbing and vibrations, higher chance of the lead breaking off and shorting somewhere. having them on top isnt a big effort but i think it’s a solid preventative measure

To be honest it does drive me nuts. I was just at a wedding this weekend and I think I was the only one who got videos horizontally. It got even worst when they tried to take a huge group photo with their phone and started backing up to get us in frame…vertically 
I got kinda pissed when YouTube added an option to watch videos full screen vertically. Talk about being an enabler!
