Are the tabs going to be able to handle any flex to the deck? Can they be rotated to some degree to prevent bending from flex?
Okay, so basically this is the plan. Once you have 10 modules in place, solder and join the tabs using a 10 gauge flexible silicone wire/ braided copper wire. Then you fold all the tabs into the form shown.
The flexible silicone wire should provide all the flex necessary.
So it is not going to be completely solderless in its present state.
Also, I forgot to put the standoffs and the bolts in the render
