that´s my initial question. how you get so low with your average Wh consumption? your gear drive make it that much efficient?

The large range is the effect of using a gear drive
Other board components are standard
Racestar 140kV Motors, (the cheapest engines I have found) ESC Turnigy SK8 (VESC 4.12) 18650 10S4P Samsung 30Q batteries Of course, I drove the distance of 70 km through at the low speed of 20-25 km

20-25km is still an easy cruise speed and the 70km with such a pack impressive as for me.
when you all sorted out, I hope you will give us an opportunity to get one or two of your drive trains

That is my plan Many people ask me when the gear drive will be for sale, but I have to drive at least 1000 km, and improve some details

They look like the standard fatboy hubs with a pulley attached
It’s the same kit as you have just assembled for reference with trampa tires on TB218 hanger

Hope to beat your numbers with my geared drive 
, I may have to loose a little weight in the process
100 km range with 10S5P at a reasonable speed would be amazing, I could visit some nearby towns and get back in one charge
