so i just use that CTC distance, and that accounts for extra length needed for idlers?

Right that’s what you meant, I wish I kept a set reference from but I’ll look at my drawings tonight

this calculator is just small to large pulley, doesn’t have anything for idler…

CTC on the original design was 112.5mm ±5mm

Just needed advice on belt length with idlers
With 15/44 and idlers i use 77T
