well @MBS it seems your injection molding process has a huge problem with weak weld lines. weld lines should not occur at positions with high mechanical strain. also is your mould ventilated?
i suggest to raise the mould temperature at cost of slower cooldown temp.
Really sorry to hear you guys aren’t receiving the level of service that MBS customers deserve, regardless of where they’re located. I’ll follow-up with the EU guys to see what’s going on.
