First thing i thought of is whether there was any padding between the battery packs. Seem like prolonged wear may risk a short circuit.
How did you secure the enclosure? I don’t see any screws from the top of deck. Neat
Packs are glued together. And glued to the enclosure. I used 10mm wood inserts that were bench ground down to 8mm to not penetrate the board. Same thing I’ve done on all my other builds with 1500+ miles
