I just cut the holes and glued them in.
I saw that you can get panel mounts for them: http://www.spotonrc.com/images/201503/goods_img/193_G_1427704156230.jpg however they are quite expensive and, I dunno… glue works.
i been looking and found some mount but the all work mounted on the roof wich is the bottom of our deck and it doesnt work for me i need some like this one your showing me for the walls is there a link>? do they make it for xt90 and balance leads?
