Lcd Battery meter not responding?

I bought this battery meter a while back it turned up in the mail today, all the buttons are non responsive except the front button that turns the back light on and off. The lcd displays 0% some help would be greatly appreciated

pretty sure some of those jumpers numbered from F1-F5 need to be connected depending on the settings wanted

Thanks I already checked out that video Ill have a play around soon with it. i noiticed theres some resistors missing around the f1 and f6 to the right on the video his board had some sort of surface mount conponents?

Have you set it up to match the battery voltage your using?

It dosent let me none of the buttons do any thing?
