I just noticed that my recent thread got deleted where I detailed my Raptor 2.1 internals catching fire and then Enertion taking my board, promising a refund, and then never providing a refund. It’s been 6 months already, and I haven’t heard anything from them since the beginning of August despite multiple emails.
Now after this deleted thread, it feels like I’m being silenced… This is just adding insult to injury after being cheated out of $1400. The thread only contained factual events and information, I just wanted to warn others here so no one else falls for the same trap I did.
the mods and owners of the forum… the same guy who has your money… will always try and silence you saying “your flaming” and delete the thread.
instead simply ask a question dont make any statement.

Asking questions is not a statement and cannot be twisted that you are flaming anyone
I would also contact your credit card provider and explain the situation if it was done on a credit card they will be able to help get the funds recovered.

Dont have any choice about the wheels since i cant get them from anywhere and mine are already busted…i ordered the 100mm in hopes it will last longer…
In guessing this will be my last order from them then…what a shame
I feel so sorry for the people working at enertion that really try to do the best they can while clearly the planning or overall structure of the company is just predestined for total failure.
