The Metr app reads .6 high not low

This is just how VESC measures the voltage, not very accurate. If you open VESC Tool (BLDC Tool), you will see the same value as in metr app, .6 high. If you really want to fix this on your VESC, you can check this topic http://vedder.se/forums/viewtopic.php?t=217 measure resistance of your SMD resistor and compile special firmware with your unique value
