Enertion Raptor Third(?) batch Info roundup

I hope this ditributor doesn’t take too long… supposedly they got the batteries 2 days ago, so not sure what they are waiting on?

We don’t yet know if they did actually arrive at the distributor yet…I’d say let’s wait for a status update at the end of the week. You should have your LHBB by then right? : p

Yep I will have that by Friday! I got under promised and over delivered, and that honestly felt so good lol. Thought I would get it late June.

But this raptor, I don’t know how much longer I can wait. I thought May would be my cut off, but I convinced myself that mid June would be. Now I’m just giving it till end of June…and this is my FINAL extension. If nothing happens in June, I will have to email enertion until I get a refund. I’ll just go with the evolve GT…or better yet another LHBB (hub motors, lighter deck) if the one I get Friday lives up to expectations.

I’m afraid to say I might do the same honestly. As much as I reallllly want this Raptor I’m thinking if I’m gonna go the DIY complete route I might as well go all the way – even if I won’t use the full power (I’d likely get a smaller battery than you). At this point I just think it’s a matter of the manufacturer not fucking up these next VESC batches…because if they do things will likely take much longer… @longhairedboy might have another customer…

I’m not sure if those are the delivery dates or the manufacturing dates, since he said it’s the “manufacturing schedule”. Regardless, he said all pending VESC orders should be caught up by end of June. So I’m thinking our boards should be done this month.

And the battery I don’t know about… hoping it gets shipped this week!

i would love one of this really cool ollin board decks with 12s6p but i am afraid that is is nearly impossible to get this powerplant to germany. but not only do they have a lot under the hood i also do think that they do look marvelous and in dual drive about the same price as as evolve gt which is also a really slick locking board but also not in stock in opposition to ollin boards which hell build for you but which you will get in a timely manner

my America distributor should get battery on 8th… they have all the customers address to send them to…

no one can tell me why it took 24 days of transit time…

best answer i got was there was delays due to some America holiday period…

We will not be using that logistic company anymore…

hi @onloop while you are just online. i have a problem about my battery it should have been shipped over 4 weeks ago i think and is still not here i do not have a tracking number. i think in for weeks it should have gotten here so i do think it is lost. is it possible to get a new battery for the board i have lying around

Only USA customers get a tracking number, but indeed it is strange that yours still hasn’t arrived.

is this for space cell pro orders as well? or just raptor orders?

I got a tracking number for the battery as soon as it reached austria. Did take only 3 days from there to my doorstep

If I understand correct you are situated in the NL just as me. If all odd fails I am willing to help you fix the charge port (if its not to severely damaged :stuck_out_tongue: ). Just PM if you cant wait any longer!

Very nice of you to help him, but enertion should resolve this immediately. I would be not a happy customer if I waited so long and then had this issue with no one replying to me.

hmm, no luck, i tried to send pictures back to enertion suport (after i got replay on URGENT sent mail)…and I got this:
