There’s a few things I’d do differently if starting over, but for now I think the enclosure is finished. Was a bit more effort than I had expected, details all over here.

Just for sharing. I will try this boxes. The have the feature of a lunchbox, but it looking more decent to me, and you come very quick to your stuff.

How did you mount the enclosure to the deck without any visible hardware?

The top photo was just the plug for the mould laying on the deck. Not fixed at all!

Did you actually make this enclosure? I ask because i’m searching for an enclosure that cover my battery packs height of 1.5inches.

I did not, need the mold 1st and that is hard thing to find. Specifically, you would need someone to cut the large shape from MDF then using .5 in does make the phase wire guide.
