Any one know how to recover a big write up?

I just had a massive write up with photos and stuff and accordantly refreshed the page and all my 50 mins of work was lost!!! any one know how to recover stuff on the forum???

I don’t think its possible, unless the mods or @onloop can do some sorcery. I all ways make sure to frequently copy my longer threads just in case. I had this happen about half way through my build log, I feel for ya.
