So based on your post #40 for measurements, width is 140mm. Hummie’s deck is 140mm wide as well. I figured there should be at least a 10% buffer between the two. Will 12s4p work on this deck?

140mm is a pretty aggressive measurement.
i’m running a hummie deck now with the same pack, fits nice and snug, shouldn’t be a problem:
just make sure it’s the single cutout version, not the one with two cutout slots.

@thisguyhere Is there anyway you could do a 10S5P build with Enclosure or are you only selling individual batteries and BMS?
I can build u a complete pack with bms installed but you’d source an enclosure your self.
