Update First of all really sorry for the delayed response. Jason and team are in China settings things up there and we are in the last phase of the Factory transition.

I know that most of the customers are very frustrated with these delays and thinking that we have lied to them about the stock. Let me clarify that Enertion never lied to anyone and will not lie in future as we love our transparency. We wanted to remain transparent. That’s the main reason, Our CEO shared live feeds with the insights. We’ve been trying hard to be back on track and to announce every update but there are something we must need to verify before posting anything

For the rest of the unfulfilled orders Following are the reasons of hold up 1: Our Factory transition is not yet completed 2: Got some issues with the Manufacturers 3: Waiting for the delivery of Free gift (Money Clip), 4: Waiting for the deliveries of Wheels and some other parts.

Please note: We have FOCBOXes and NANO-X instock available We will be resume shipping hopefully tomorrow. Working with the forwarders to do it as soon as possible. So Orders having FOCBOXes and NANO-Xes will be shipped soon.

I hope this will clarify the situation more accurately. We’ve got about 700 orders during sales and still counting. And we are shipping them gradually. Soon you all get you tracking details Due to Xmas, delivery may take longer than usual and we can’t do anything about it.

Carl, I dont want your free gift. I want the parts I ordered. I ordered a few focboxes and nano-x, if you have them in stock. Ship out my order. It was supposed to be shipped out 2 weeks ago at the latest. I’ve PMd you with my order number.

@CarlCollins thanks for a proper update

Ours turned out to be Royal Mail, correct tracking number, wrong courier. However none of the auto detect tracking systems picked up on it, and the courier mentioned by enertion (China Post) should have been Royal Mail. Our (local group) orders look to be state side

So to expect delivery two months later? Or what? If I knew this was going to happen I would have rather bought different ESC as I needed them now to test my gearbox in development now I am left without nothing and no other option before Christmas.

So most orders should hopefully be arriving this week or next week. When I talked to Carl he said they had shipped up to 15303. They technically dont have any control over shipping times but they do have control over how long it takes like if it is standard or express and when they ship.

@CarlCollins I 'm held up on wheels. I have 9 Focboxs and 6 Nano x on order, but also two sets of wheels. I figure I am still waiting on those wheels coming in for my order to ship. What’s the timeline on the wheels? Not that I really care that much about the wheels, but I really need the other stuff. If it is going to be a lot longer on the wheels, I will just cancel that on the order.

Same for me, if these wheels linger I’d knock em off and just have the rest of the goodies. Either bung me another focbox or a few nanos instead?

I ordered 2 Focboxes and one nano x, and it’s still not shipped, so I think it’s not working like this, guys…

I also ordered 2 Foc boxes and a nano x and live support on Enertions site says -

“Our CEO hired a new team and factory. All shipping has been put on hold due to the transition. We’ve just received an update that Cyber Monday orders will resume shipping after December 20th. Shipments are placed on hold so all efforts will be focused on setting up the new factory. Once this is up and running, shipping and production will significantly increase.”

I don’t understand why we weren’t notified sooner or told that our Cyber Monday items have no way of reaching us before Christmas. The Nano X controller was going to be a present for a friend of mine and now I have to scramble to find something else and spend more money. SMH…I guess I should’ve known better…
