can’t easily to define it is good or bad, it is innovation anyway, innovation always good. we don’t sell it because we don’t mass produce it and there’s lack of stock issue. People want to buy it we need time to prepare it and it takes several days. and the cost can’t be too lower due to the mass production not suppported. as a rider i think this kit won’t be good, suspension system is too low. and controlling the board is harder than regular four wheels board. my poor english can’t describe the mechanism thing well, so sorry for my lack of information added here.

we have but not sell them because we don’t have best esc kit to suit the motor well in linear smooth speeding up and braking as well as different speed mode board control. it works fine but not perfect. we actually working on 6374 motor and esc kit for a while, we plan to sell it in 2018. motor quality is good as the whole motor industry is mature now and we know how to make good motor for eboard with proper kv and power and voltage range. you can message me or email me if you want it, and i can arrange sample for you.

One thing to note is that it’s 80mm long, will impact users trying to do dual

yes, it will impact for the dual mount, we have 9inch truck can suit dual well.

Ok so i just installed the new gearing on my 10s2p kit… Holy smokes. I reached 42-43km/h…Still plenty of torque down low. Super happy!

I’d love to see a video of the startup torque!

See my review, i have a youtube link of acceleration of the kind, its at the end of the review. Keep in mind that battery was below 50%, acceleration is the best when over 70%.

Do you plan to make these 63mm motors in a 6355 variant? They look really good, and are what I’m looking for.

if you purchase in bulk and above our moq we can customize the motors per your requirement, size, kv, power, color and cables etc.

Someone here would be able to compare the off-road model with 6 wheels with the evolve BGT? I have the evolve and very disappointed on how it performs on grass due to the voltage sag issues.

Just to be clear these are different trucks in the video (springed diyeboard AT trucks), wheels (8’’ pneumatic), motors (SK3 6374 149KV), motor mounts (custom CNC) & motor controllers (dual focbox). My gear is powered by a Lipo capable of delivering 480A.

You will not get the same performance out of the stock power truck diy kit linked there.

The only stock part is the diyeboard trucks and board.

@telnoi , are you using the 9" trucks or the 11" trucks with the springs in them? I just got the 10s5p AT board with the 9" trucks and my only complaint is that the braking is very abrupt and almost throws me off the board even if I feather the brake lightly. @diyeboard does this board include the new 2.1 esc or the old one? Also, even when riding a half mile at the middle speed setting the ESC gets very hot. My infared temperature gun is showing 115 degrees F inside the plastic casing after a 1/2 mi ride at about 18 mph. I know both of the remotes appear to be the new one but wasn’t sure about the ESC. Other than that I absolutely love the board and the shipping was very fast. Because the deck is only 36" and has no concave I cannot stand properly on it without my shoes hitting the 6" AT wheels. Therefore, I am trying to do a deck swap to an Arbor 42" deck that has drop thru truck mounting ( https://www.evo.com/outlet/longboards/arbor-genesis-freeride-longboard-complete ), but with the risers I realized I will probably have do do a standard top mount. The other obstacle I have is like a meepo deck swap, I will either have to have an exposed wire from the battery to the esc, or dremel out the top or bottom of the deck to allow that wire to fit in. Does anyone have advice on this? Just want to thank @diyeboard for the quick shipping and amazing product. I love the airless AT tires.

The evolve is definitely lighter and has more ground clearance. I just got the 10s5p and I love it but it gets hot on regular pavement, even for short distance rides. The airless tires are great though. I just wish that it had an adjustable motor mount because it seems to already show that the teeth are misaligned with the belt just from riding a few miles since Christmas. I know telnoi and a couple others have used custom or torqueboards trucks and motor mounts with great success. The idler and adjustable motor mounts seem very important. That is my next upgrade.

Is this the Vanguard loaded clone? it seems to have some concave compared to the deck that came with the 10s5p I got from you. Also, what is that slot in the deck on the truck mount for the rear trucks? Is that to adjust the belt tension? I noticed some of the promotional graphics advertised a “sliding boot”. What does that mean?

you mean the deck used in the video? it is MTB deck, not loaded clone, but super strong and also flex. http://www.diyeboard.com/38″-bamboo-deck-for-diy-offroad-all-terrian-electric-skateboard-p-578.html It works with our MTB power truck kit. http://www.diyeboard.com/11-offroad-allterrian-power-truck-kit-with-8-pneumatic-tires-p-576.html i didn’t get your points well for the latter parts slot and sliding boot, sorry.

thanks for the correction, i carelessly put the wrong link, and corrected now. thanks.

Hi Jason - Can you give an update about the comments about the breaking being too sensitive? Has it been fixed already?

braking sensitive is depend on different speed mode, high speed more sensitive. anyway it is all linear. when you get use to it you will like the sensitivity. it too much delay, there’s no fun for controlling the board and it is not good for high speed riding and immediate stop. brake always related with torque and delay.
