these lipos looks scary as hell puffed 
don´t lay them on a piece of wood - better rocket them outa space!
Everything else should work
The VESC unfortunately cannot power two motors. The short deck may work tho.
Also, that LiPo looks severely puffy I would consider recycling it so it dosnt explode.
Also #2 you will have some serious wheel bite on that deck…
