I know I have to be level 3 member but I cant find any info on how to become one Could I get an exception and organize one and prove that Im legit? I have already red up on how to do this with minimal issues so… Thanks admins

Sadly, there is no skipping steps when becoming a level 3 user. What kind of a group buy? I am a level 3 user, i am also located in Croatia.
