Hey @ThermalChild, https://www.electric-skateboard.builders/t/no-words-just-pictures-delete-words-use-pm/2992/7477?u=riako Once again, beautifull setup ! So you change the supercarve for TB218 right ? You use the BB bearing adaptor ? :v: Good ride

Nah, I’m still using the evolve trucks, I’m waiting for my 6374’s. Should be in Monday and I’ll switch them at some point next week. Those are the BB bearing adapters they work perfectly.

Ok, Thanks ! I’m not too serene to use them (by their implementation and design … the bearing is not completely supported by the adapter). But I like to could (soon) re-ride a bit AT too !

Same thing here

Yeah @Toughook I was about to ask the same thing! What are the deets on that beautiful enclosure!

@Grozniy @Sender firstly, thanks… But secondly… It’s just a cheap injection molded plastic enclosure from diyeboard. I vinyl wrapped it with matt grey so it looks metal, but that’s about it.

I thought it turned out nice, but seriously it’s just a bit of fun (like the vinyl carbon wrap on deck)

It’s amazing how taking some components and modifying them makes them look like something else entirely. Well done!

Wow brilliant. Did you consider wrapping in carbon fibre to add rigidity and looks? @XvDarkVAngelvX is a master with this

@Sender indeed ! This whole build costs less than a couple of focboxs and a set of ABEC 107s, including a 10s3p battery and esc. I’m under no illusions about the performance of this thing, but should be fine for my 14yr old son as an introduction to esk8. No way am I letting him on my proper DIY at his age !

@Grozniy there’s no real need as the enclosure doesn’t form any part of the board structure. The deck is plenty stiff enough - plus now has the look of a carbon board for just a few $$

I wanted the enclosure to look like metal, and from a short distance it really does ! :joy::+1:

Wow, LHB’s tsg pass looks dope as hell. I normally don’t like the colored ones but I’ll let it slide for him

S beige! My grandmother would love this.

Im more interested how your grandmother would look riding an esk8? Also how (what i think is) automotive paint will fair with the flex of the board. @Andy87? Looks good though

Thx! We use this color on our trains. It’s three layers, grund, color and clear lack. I was worrying about the flex too. I was jumping on it and to look how the color behave when deck is flexing. Till now it seems to don’t have an effect, but only time will show how the color will stay on it
