I agree it’s expensive, I almost didn’t buy it at all even with the coupon code they gave me. But as I go through remotes like most people go through grip I’m always looking for something better. I think this may be the better I’m looking for, we will see.
Not bad… And with gloves, it’s still okay ?
I haven’t tried it, I will though and let you know. Even though it’s puck shape I wouldn’t advise using it as a puck .
Mine is on the Lacroix as of an hour ago or so. Gonna go hop to a few bars tonight for more testing!
What’s the black goop you used to secure down your connections and cables? Some kind of silicone?

Sound amazing to me
It’s black glue sticks which melts when heated up similar to hot glue
Sorry @psychotiller, I kinda destroyed(aesthetics wise, functionally still awesome) your enclosure. I wish you had an enclosure for these kind of aggressive decks, but there are just too many boards out there and I realize you can’t make moulds for all of them.
Basically I made 3 mm holes at regular interval on the enclosure perimeter. Fix one of the ends of the board with wood screws. Take a heat gun, make the plastic pliable. Make it conform to the deck. Secure it with more wood screws. move on to the next section and so on.
@mmaner I think it’s an odd shape without actual feature. they should’ve made it a bit thinner, not with bamboo, move all the leds and buttons to the edges. Then add Velcro to the palm side to make this a sliding puck with the other half the shell replaceable as it wears down. Then a puck shaped remote would be awesome…I’d pay $150 for that.
That sounds cool, I’ll mention that too them. I have to say it’s very responsive, solid connection, great battery so far and I like the vibrate instead if beep.
I agree it’s expensive, prohibatively so, but I got a decent discount and I like to try new stuff .
Gear tester
I heard they are gonna come out with one that you can actually use as a puck for sliding.
That would be well worth the price if it can be used to slide without braking over the long term!
holy hell man!!! how am i going to sleep tonight?!
I find it pretty comfortable. But being able to slide a remote would be undeniable cool. But I still feel like they are bringing a cool new product to the table that is worth the price tag.
Is it for everyone? Of course not… but on all these awesome builds people are coming out with, the extra expense of this top tier remote is worth it and will be noticed.
I mean hell, this is their round 1?!?
Let’s support them and see what else they can do!
You hit the nail on the head here. If this is what they can do aesthetic wise, self funded and without thousands of hours of testing from hundreds of people, imagine what these guys will come up with next.
Best looking production boards on the market in my personal opinion.
Sick looking board, anyone used it before?
