Be careful with Hobbyking thread lockers. The TL-262 is high strength and needs a blow torch or heat gun to remove.

The TL-242 is medium strength (like Loctite 243) and should be removable with hand tools IN THEORY. I had to use a blow torch to remove the grub screws of the motor mount and pulleys.

I don’t use this HK stuff anymore…

Thanks! My motor mount screws got stripped and I think it was because I used TL-262 without heating the screws.

The HobbyKing does the job but I would any day use the real over the copy. Haven’t tried the real on roads yet, but seems like better quality than HK.

So a little girl in my neighborhood that my son plays with found this frozen underwater in the creek behind her house. She rushed it down to my house because she knows I like working on skateboards.

I told my son he can start dating her now. He’s 6.

Just in case somebody thinks this is wear and tear.

No. These are “fresh off the lathe”. Frick the local machining shop.

Especially love the “perfectly round” shaft holes. No shaft will ever fit this.

Hey @topcloud, I was talking to Timo, looking for a new set of motors. He pointed me to you. How’re their 6364 motors? Can you please tell me what’s the top speed, torque? What about their pulleys and belts? Thank you!

Thanks bud. A comprehensive review of @riverside.rider’s Haggy Bergmeister 2-in-1 kit, on the new Loaded Motherboard, is forthcoming; my broken arm / torn tendon pressed pause on personal design projects, yet I hope to have the Haggymobo in @sofu’s capable hands within weeks.

tl;dr - buy it. :dark_sunglasses:

LMFAO, what did you even ask them to do?? They couldn’t have made those from scratch, it’s got the tooth and belt info engraved onto the side.
