I think I have finally take a decision and for the Burgunboard v2 I will keep this Arbor deck and the Bgm wheels but yes, everything else changes and I have received my freshly CNCed alloy adapter !!!

There is not only the duck tape 
I‘m not a battery build expert but duck tape doesn’t replace fishpaper.
Maybe somebody else can have a eye on the welds and the routine of the balance wires?

yea, welds look over cooked. two nickel layers? hoping some weld testing was done before going wild on the cells…
under insulated.

oh I have not seen that with my sleeping eyes. I hope those welds looks much better in real life then on picture. Those nice cells do not deserve these tortures.
About this it is okay, it is better to use fishpaper between it. But it is not a disaster if the cells can not move over each other.
