The point is that this is experimental hardware using enough power to stop your heart. So you need at least a novice understanding before you start working with it.
The switch goes right hereā¦
Which anyone with a novice understanding of electronics and high-amperage switching systems would know.

Yes I can see that now. I just wasnāt able to read it at first cause I was on my phone. After looking at it from the computer I am fine, all questions answered.
ā¦ And with that in mind, and the fact that @Kug3lis doesnāt actually require you to have an āelectronics licenseā to get one of these āhigher technical levelā switches, a slightly more accomodating response would not have been considered out of place imho

after the 3rd response I was just trying to be clear. I think that was in place imhoā¦

Sure. Imho the seller is the one that could have stepped up. Lol.
Sorry I was working on schematic, as I do not have access to decent painting tool on mac so I got this with Preview

@Kug3lis is it possible to have a revision on the dual finned focbox cases to include this Fatboy antispark? Maybe right in the middle so we can take advantage of the active air cooling.
Iāts already pretty wide like take a look at my Trampa, if you add another 3 cm it will be huge
@Kug3lis any changes that you could make your dual housing for focbox, like the one for the Escapes, so it could be mountet inside an enclosure, and stil have greate cooling via the finsā¦ I never got, why you want your dual enclosure to be a separate thing, with lot of wiring harness between the dual enclosure and all the other components?

We make enclosures not āheatsinksā, we can make some heatsink semi-cases with one side open or etc like those if there are enough people who want themā¦
If you do, count me in. I would love to make a hole in my Trampa enclosure, for the focbox heatsink.
āJustā make it, so the original plastic cover, still could be used.
Btw. I have now your orange dampas both in the front and back, and i freaking love how the boards feels, good job. My only concern is, how fast they will wear out ?
I have done ~500km no wear but I was riding in city so donāt know A lot better than drilled normal ones I took one broken in bits after 100kmā¦

Why did you put the fuse on negative instead of positive?
Ahm, because positive is switched by the switch?
The original design had the fuse built in to the switch which is why I asked. Or it could be between the switch and battery on positive.
Just curious because I have not seen many with them on the negative wire even though it serves the same function
Can this switch handle a 12s8p on a 4wd belt set up?
