Problems with hub motor

I rode these on damp ground once but prior to both shorts they were dry

So from what i have read they short due to the vibrations induced by the slipping urethane.

Its always slipping urethsne first followed by shorted motor. Im curious if the urethane doesnt slip what the durabilty and performnce of the motor would be.

I can slap some high temp structural grade epoxy between that urethane and motor and it will have to reach 500F for it to slip.

A manufacture can simply add the epoxy in the production process
