I see. Marine ply is quite strong I used to make a door to access to the garden for my dog. It’s really flexible too. I would aspecting better result from it.

Yeah, I’m not too sure what happened. I needed 3 layers of it only because the grain was going across the board and not lengthways which is obviously a lot stronger so that’s probably another reason why it broke.
