Official RipTide Sports Custom eSk8 Tunnel Riser "Group Buy" [Completed]

Damn dude, that’s gonna come out looking choice! Poor hardware your whip is THHHIIICCCKKKK! 4eCKaehxJMyRO

Flip the nut so the nylon bites first should be usable if there’s at least a couple of threads in.

o lawd, so thicc

nah, just gonna get some proper lengths.

50mm or 2" for those wondering.

Please let us know what you find regarding bolt length, we chose what we use here but not everyone uses the same thickness board as us. If it is a common problem, we will up the supplied length to 2" or 50mm. Too long or too short are both irritating to me personally so please let us know. We supplied fasteners to you guys, not sure if we will do it once they hit our website.

I think everyones requirements for this are so varied, you shouldn’t include them.

brad, no need to change anything on your end.

the deck i’m using here, it’s just a bit thicker because there’s a recess down the middle for components. in addition to that, i’m adding another 2mm or so because of this thing

had it been a normal deck the bolt you sent would have been perfect.

also, order fulfillment was nothing but a joy dealing with Tracey.

lastly, i love the risers and is going to yield just a much more tidy back-end to our builds. goob job!

Tracey is definitely a keeper, we just celebrated our 28th Anniversary on Saturday: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=ms.c.eJxFkNsNAzAIAzeqeBv2X6wKFPoV6WTMEUaqMhEzOCjsww9QMR5gyx9INycrt0vMCN9IqqSmZNUmPDpBB4Sm1BcoXqkFb8d7UopvS9ID8E2gtBO6YgC~%3BjhAsiAF6wKcUdsAHxK4ta~%3BUbqZi1ODGhEeMTaw~%3B8P0ino67Dqo~_zOnVpMYoDY0q482u2yB3XpeX4AoKCVmM~-.bps.a.1783307398382992.1073741955.100001112486751&type=1

Yes, bolt selection is probably best left to an individual decision with esk8 parts, unlike with sk8 parts. Most of the bolts probably will need to be replaced anyway because they are too long or too short or the wrong head or not class 9 or whatever…

Totally agree! She was awesome…even though she kept calling me Dan! But that was cleared up quick, its confusing with my email/user name, everyone thinks my name is Dan T

Got my Riptide haul in today! :money_mouth_face:

Thanks @Alphamail and Tracey, its refreshing to have a down to earth vendor that catches the stoke as much as the rest of us! As far as bolts go, even though they worked fine on my setup, I’d leave it up to the end user as everyone has such varied setups here

Finally got everything buttoned up. Man that was a pain. Had to solder longer motor wires so that the bullets didn’t end up underneath the riser because there is very little room under there. Also had to route the sensor wires outside. But all in all I’m happy with the result!
