Will this motor and battery setup work together?

I’ll be buying 5 of these and wiring them in series.

Anyone tried this lipo before? Is the stats accurate? Going to use it for the arduino spot welder…

I think it would work greatly, because 190kv is good for a 10s setup and you have realy high C lipo rating and that is needed with lipos

Hi, I have a noob question

what is the minimum discharge rate I can manage with? assuming I have a 2340w motor on a 10s2p/3p setup?

Can i use 10s4p pack with 60A BMS, what Kind of problem may occur.

What is a good solder iron

Depends what cells

I’ll be using samsung 30q with bestech bms 60A

All good with that setup. You wont have the maximum potential of 80a with the 30qs with 10s4p, but 60a bms is plenty of power and it will give your cells a bit more lifetime :+1:

Great, thanks.

Will this Bms work with this battery (5 in series)

https://buildkitboards.com/products/bestech-bms?variant=7201537720350

Yeah it will

Yeh it will

Thanks, I was afraid the battery output was to powerful for the bms.

It will, but don´t run lipos until it triggers the low voltage on the bms with 3,0V! Make sure your lipos don´t run below 3,5V per cell. Shouldn´t be a problem if you set your vesc cutout at something like 3,6V and fully charge them to balance them often.

It is marked as up to 80A continous working current so you should be ok

Absolutly agree

what do you want to run with it? It might be to low if you wanna build a nice and powerfull mountainboard. For a streetboard it is totally fine even for heavy ass riders most of the time.

Yeah, Im kinda wanting a mountain board, here’s my thread
