Yeah 50 would likely be max, unless you go 11S, could maybe squeeze in 55
You can always double stack, just get a deeper enclosure made
Could do 60 cells and 4WD 
I’m just finishing my build now with a 10s so for this next one I’m thinking 12s.
Also it’ll depend on which vesc I’m using in this one, if it’s a 4 then it’ll definitely be 10S, only considering 12S on 6
