Is it heavy? I wonder if a printed side mount on helmet would be too heavy or ok. Looks dope for night rides and turbo mode can burn some thugs too.

Imo too heavy for helmet mount. You’d have to have a serious rig.

You can use ElWire all over your helmet, even clothes.

On which intensity do you run it and how long does the high mode really work? (Thrunite catapult v6)

Intensity depends on conditions and speed. Likely don’t need turbo unless your throttle finger has turbo 
Anyway it has thermal step down so turbo doesn’t last long.
Runtime is good, easily enough for 2 15min trips
There are some detailed reviews with runtimes of different modes, etc.
