High Power LED Switch by Current Control Systems [Version 2.0!]

Ebay!

Also, looks like the switches didn’t come this week. I have literally been waiting over two months for them now. I’ll be spending a premium for shipping/manufacture from the US for the next batch!

Hi vlad what values do the v1 switch resistors have? and if i m using a bms should i connect the board between the battery and bms or between the bms and esc?

I’d like to buy one of your switches. Any idea when they will be available?

@VladPomogaev I would like to buy one too.

@VladPomogaev: I’m sitting on a few switches. Can I order without switch?

Hey, thanks for your support man! Your switch and someone else’s have just been shipped!

Do you still have these switches?

They appear as out of stock on your website

Yup! You just have to look for the new version of the switch here: http://currentcontrolsystems.com/product/4-4kw-high-power-switch-for-the-vesc-w-blue-led-toggle-button-v1-0/

Edit I’m not sure how to go back to the very first post and change the link…

Where do you get your PCBs made?

I usually use DirtyCheap PCBs

I still have more than half of the switches remaining! Making some more now!

Comes with free velcro!

I don’t have a soldering iron can you put 5.5mm bullets or xt90s on one?

@VladPomogaev So far my switch is working nicely…although I think I might be changing the LED button for a smaller on/off switch button. This one takes up too much space. It takes around 35mm of height.

Maybe try mounting it on the side of your case so it doesn’t take up so much space height-wise?

@NAF or from the top. That way at least a half inch is taken up by the deck width.

The problem is my final deck will be opened up from the top. It’s going to have a special lid with quick access to all electronics by pressing just one button. There is just no way I can mount the LED button on the side. Do you guys know of any other LED buttons that look nice but are tiny bit smaller ?

I usually just use the cheap half round rockers from the auto parts store. They are around 1/2 inch.

Hi NAF,

Unfortunately yes, the original switches were quite large. You can get a 16mm LED switch from eBay and wire it up to work (I have a wiring diagram availible). My second version of the switch comes with the 16mm model.

Cheers!

Are you going to be getting them back in stock anytime soon?
