Welcome to the esk8builders I had the same kit my phase wires melted through the heatshrink and shorted. Looks like the motor is rubbing on that wire as well. Get a 1/2 riser for the front and back it will give you some more room as well. Hope it helps dude. . rememeber its a hobby it should be fun .
