How much would it cost for a 7s 5p?

Finally got around to publish it. BOM on the description of thingiverse thing page.

this link only includes single stack cell holders: 1s2-6p, 2s3-5p

21700 cell holders require longer screws.

Ok, same standoffs and braid?

Also that’s a big print :grinning:. Was the bounding box of the part?

yes same standoffs and braid because I already have them, so i just made the cell holder taller for the extra cell height.

printed them on my CR-10. let me check the lengths for you.

5s2p = 219.6mm L x 23.5 W

6s2p = 263.2mm L x 23.5W

Thanks for the previous links!

Any chance you could publish the 2s4p stacked?

So I had the Haya compression holders printed for me on Treatstock, but they have some sharp edges on the inside of the holders where the cells slide in. It looks to damage the shrinkwraps. Any suggestions on how to smooth out the edges? Dremel with a grindstone?

A good old blade will do. Or one of those flat cutter plier thingy.

I made the mistake of having them printed in PLA instead of PETG. Should I be worried/get them reprinted?
