Building your own may take longer, be more frustrating, and end up costing more, but you will most likely end up with a board you really love.
One of the best parts about building your own is that you can swap parts out until you get that perfect board. You don’t like your controller, pick up a new one. You want a drop deck, no problem. Just get a rear motor mount or hub and your good to go. Wheels, decks, motors, trucks, batteries… all can be swapped.
