That would work as long as it doesn’t pop open because of bumps and vibration. And if it’s not too bulky. I preferred the Serpac boxes because of there clean look and secure closure.
I like the serpac boxes, my only problem is it won’t be quick to open to replace batteries on the go. Is there a better solution to it that you see?
If you want it to be truly water proof, you would need to use the screws.
I guess I’m looking more for water resistant. Doesn’t need to stand up to being submerged, maybe riding through puddles at worst
