DieBieMS v0.8 Batch 3

From the data sheet I found it looks like these crimp terminals should fit 20-24AWG wire.

Please note that you should have SMD skills or know someone who has these skills, but other than that it is fun to assemble them!

@JTAG

Can you recommend me a charger to get for DieBie set up for 12s?

What capacity do you have?

I am a real big fan of LED power supplies lately from meanwell if you buy the correct one you can adjust the voltage and current, the big bonus is that most of them are potted and almost waterproof.

I just see this we need a special charger for charge the battery i can use my charger 12s 8A

@JTAG Is this suitable for a 12s8p Pack? for charge and discharge into a FOCBOX Unity? Im in Australia (this usually excludes us from these goodies… Can we be included?? :slight_smile: Thanks!!

I’ll be going with 12s7p with 30q cells so quite a capacity

Can you share some links to those LED power supplies.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe this one?

I think he means the ones that are designed to drive LED’s for horticulture. They have some that are CC + CV so basically work the same as a charger. What is nice is no fan and water proof.

I think there is cheaper options in the LED range for our use I just did a very quick search. These have input voltage up to 528v which Im sure costs more and not a feature we need.

I think the sweet spot especially considering price is gonna be the HLG-240H-48A on ebay. The “A” suffix indicates adjustable voltage and current. 44.8v - 51.2v for the -48A. 5 amps.
