How much is VAT in Germany? Not sure if I’m qualified to do group buys, VAT in Finland is 24% and shipping from here to overseas expensive AF.

I’m in Lyon, France. 20% VAT and about 10euros to ship a regular package to EU.
So it’s approx 74 euros shipped if I’m correct. And 91 euros if I order just one for me. Maybe we should ask about VAT value DIY is going to put in a shipping.
