That was a great writeup on the modifications you will be making to improve the VESC that will coming off the assembly line next. I am going to be traveling for work this entire week so I won’t be able to test it yet. I was thinking of testing it next week and if it works then there is no reason for me to ship it back.

An update on the VESC’s, We don’t have enough silicon wire to go around for everyone right now. None of the local hardware stores have what we need, but that shouldn’t hold us back much.

Harware stores don’t carry silicon wire. You should try RC/Hobby Store or Electronics Store.
Most of them don’t. My local Ace store used to though. I guess they don’t keep them in stock anymore.
Has anyone gotten their AXLE vesc? Looking forward to some real world reviews!
Sorry no real world review to report yet. I got them but refused shipment as @zmoney told me mine were the bad first batch.
Hoping to get the some new ones soon.

How long does it take for you to put together a vesc?
1-2 hrs. We’re looking to hire. Eventually though, we might send them off to a Fab in NY. We’re not sure yet.
