107s arent the 'golden standard 'for urathane, actually its one of the larger sizes we use 
some users on here ride 83mms, and any size inbetween
otherwise, pneumatic tires and hubs are a great way to achieve comfort, and not worry about those damn bumps…
but compared to the other wheels in my shop, holy shit, these wheels are huge

Those wheels are 100% unobtainium. You cannot buy them.
Also, no pulleys fit them. This can be fixed though. I can hook you up with some —> aluminum <---- pulleys for them if you hook me up with a set of them 
Aluminum Electric Flywheel pulleys are also unobtainium but I will contract a machine shop to make 4 of them…
I’ll give you titanium pulleys for it
